REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
To check a tour’s availability or get a free quote at a customized time, please call us at 563-594-4389. A deposit is required to secure your place on the tour, along with a completed Tour Registration Form and a signed Release and Agreement Form. You can find both of these forms here:

The final balance is due 60 days prior* to the start of the tour. Please refer to your billing statement for the date the balance is due. You may pay by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

*Natural Expeditions reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the full final payment is not received by the due date.
CANCELLATIONS
For all tour programs that do not include international airfare, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 61 or more days prior to start of tour: Fee is $200 or $500, depending on destination (deposit)
- 60-31 days prior to the start of the tour: The fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 30 days or less prior to the start of the tour or during the tour: The fee is 100% of the tour price.
***Please note that we may be able to apply the payments you have made to a different tour program. Please contact us through our website or call us at 563-594-4389 to discuss this possibility.
For all tour programs that include international airfare, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 121 or more days prior to start of tour: Fee is $200 or $500, depending on destination (deposit)
- 120-61 days prior to the start of the tour: The fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 60-31 days prior to start of tour: The fee is 75% of the tour price
- 30 days or less prior to the start of the tour or during the tour: The fee is 100% of the tour price.
Time of cancellation will be when notice is received in our office.
***If you must cancel your registration with a group tour (such as with a school, club, or organization), you could be eligible for a full refund as long as there is someone who wants to travel in your place. However, that person must be approved by your group leader. Please get in touch with us to discuss this option.
